Excess Chemicals and Supplies Recharge

The purpose of this policy is to avoid excessive costs to the general lab expenses that can be directly identified with a specific process and or research group.

This policy will be implemented whenever such identification is made by NCNC Staff. The identification will be made by either a) a notification of the lab manager by a faculty member who anticipates an excessive use of some supply offered by the facility, or b) an identification by NCNC Staff during the monitoring of the general lab expenses.

The faculty member and NCNC Staff will negotiate an agreement to compensate for the excessive cost.
