Many of the materials used in microfabrication are hazardous to human tissue. For that reason, elaborate engineering controls have been put in place to prevent inadvertent contact. Nonetheless, special procedures must be observed in many cases. Please visit the following links for more detail.

MSDS
Legacy hard copies of MSDS sheets are available in the NCNC office, the cleanroom gowning area, room 1246 and room 1249. However, for the most convenient and up to date information, please visit the EHS website's MSDS portal page.
In addition, computers with Internet access and compatible browsers are found in all rooms with chemical inventory for on-line MSDS access.
